Application of CO_2 fire extinguishing system in a project abroad

某国外硫磺制酸项目的气体灭火系统部分采用美国消防协会(NPFA)标准进行设计,分析了常见气体灭火剂的特点,对系统设计参数的选择、系统管道布置的要求及系统的控制与操作进行了介绍,提出了注意要点,总结了设计体会,为同类工程的设计提供了参考。

A sulfur-based sulfuric acid production project abroad was designed according to the standard of National Fire Protection Association（NPFA）. The characteristics of commonly used gas extinguishing agents, the selection of parameters for extinguishing system design, the requirement of piping layout and the control and manipulation of the system were analyzed. Finally, the key points and corresponding experience of the design were put forward and summarized, which provided reference for similar project design.
