息宁控释片在不安腿综合征中的应用

摘要 不安腿综合征（restless legs syndrome，RLS）是一种常见的运动障碍，表现为静坐或躺卧状态下出现的肢体深部不适感，患者经常需要通过活动、敲打或按摩罹患肢体来缓解症状。由于该病常在休息时出现，对患者的生活质量尤其是睡眠质量会产生不同程度的影响。本科应用息宁控释片治疗RLS，取得了良好的效果。报告如下。
