胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤的CT、MRI诊断 被引量：2

摘要 胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤（Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm，IPMN）是一种较少见的起源于胰腺导管上皮的囊性肿瘤，由于对这种特殊类型的胰腺肿瘤认识不足，容易将其与其它一些胰腺黏液瘤混淆。本文分析2010年1月至2013年12月邵逸夫医院经手术病理证实的15例IPMN患者临床及CT、MRI资料，旨在提高对该病的认识和术前诊断水平。
