摘要 本文从解读新建普通本科师范院校办学的时间定位、空间定位、办学层次定位和人才培养类别定位入手,认为此类院校必须适应教育综合改革大势,抓住经济社会发展对高层次技术技能型人才大量需求的难得机遇,利用新建优势,走转型发展之路;面向区域经济社会发展需要,准确把握新建本科院校的办学重心和师范院校面临的历史选择,精心打造一支既能传授理论知识,又能传授岗位技能的"双师型"师资队伍。 This paper is in view of analyzing newly-built local undergraduate normal colleges' school running on time positioning,dimensional positioning,school running level positioning and talents training category positioning. Then it is believed that those colleges should follow the trend of educational comprehensive reformation,grasp the indispensable chance of the great demand on high level technological talents in social and economic development,utilize advantage of the newly-built identity and adopt the way of transformation development. Furthermore,those colleges should meet the local economic and social development demand,precisely grasp the school running key point and the historical choice,and cultivate elaborately a strong team of double- qualification teachers that are experts not only in imparting theoretical knowledge,but also teaching practical skills.
