摘要
目的 探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚对家兔定量脑电图(QPEEG)δ频段的影响.方法 24只成年家兔随机分为生理盐水(NS)组,盐酸戊乙奎醚0.03、0.09和0.27 mg/kg组,每组6只.应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析法,分析兔静脉注射盐酸盐酸戊乙奎醚前后脑电图的变化.结果 仅0.27 mg/kg剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚对个别脑区的δ频段功率百分比有轻微影响,NS组、盐酸戊乙奎醚0.03和0.09 mg/kg组δ频段功率百分比组间比较无统计学意义.结论 盐酸戊乙奎醚对兔QPEEGδ频段功率百分比无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride on the δ-band of quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalography in rabbits,and potential dose-effect and time-effect relationships.Methods Twenty -four adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,depending on their administration of normal saline,or different concentrations of penehyclidine hydrochloride (0.03,0.09 and 0.27 mg/kg).Then,the changes of EEG before and after injection of penehyclidine hydrochloride were assessed according to power spectral analysis of QPEEG.Results Slight changes in the percentage of δ-band power were observed when the rabbits were injected with 0.27 mg/kg,rather than 0.03 and 0.09 mg/kg of penehyclidine hydrochloride.Condusion No obvious effects are detected on the percentage of δ-band power of QPEEG after injection of penehyclidine hydrochloride into rabbits.
