摘要
以长链十二胺为模板剂合成Ti-HMS分子筛,并采用等体积浸渍法负载AgNO3,制备不同Ag负载量的改性介孔分子筛Ag/Ti-HMS。利用XRD、FTIR、SEM、TEM对其材料进行表征。结果表明,Ag/Ti-HMS具有典型的六方介孔结构,金属Ag在孔道内外表面高度分散。以Ag/Ti-HMS为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,进行了氧化脱硫性能研究,考察了Ag负载量、浸渍时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等对噻吩脱除的影响。结果表明,在n(Si)/n(Ag)=40,浸渍时间12 h,450℃下焙烧4 h,脱硫率达到最高。
The mesoporous molecular sieve Ti-HMS was synthesized using long-chain dodecylamine as template and Ti-HMS loaded different loading amounts of silver species was prepared using volume impregnation method. The molecular sieve was characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM and TEM. The results showed that Ag /Ti-HMS has the typical hexagonal mesoporous structure and metallic Ag highly dispersed inside and outside the channels surfaces. The ODS reactivity over Ag /Ti-HMS was measured and the effects of the loading amounts of silver species,immersion time,calcination temperature and calcination time on the removal of thiophene were studied. Result showed that: n( Si) /n( Ag) = 40,immersion time12 h,calcination temperature 450 ℃ and calcination time 4 h,the rate of desulphurization was highest.
