摘要
用Na2CO3溶液处理Si/Al=50的ZSM-5分子筛,以模型化合物为原料,在小型连续固定床反应器上,考察了Na2CO3溶液浓度对噻吩烷基化性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为360℃,压力为1 MPa,液时空速1.5 h-1,Na2CO3溶液浓度为4 mol/L时,噻吩转化率最高为90.5%。
ZSM-5 Zeolites of Si /Al = 50 were treated by Na2CO3solutions. The influence of Na2CO3solution concentration on thiophene alkylation performance was investigated in a small-scale fixed bed reactor and model compounds as feedstock. The results indicated that the conversion rate of thiophene can reach90. 5% under reaction temperature of 360 ℃,reaction pressure of 1 MPa,LHSV of 1. 5 h- 1and Na2CO3solution concentration of 4 mol /L.
