摘要
以羧酸和4-苯基-2-哌嗪-1-基-嘧啶-5-胺为原料,DCM作为溶剂,HATU作催化剂,室温下合成了一系列(4-(5-氨基-4-苯基嘧啶)-2-基)哌嗪)-1-酮类衍生物,收率为72%以上,产物的结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS确认。
Using HATU as catalyst and DCM as solvent,a series of( 4-( 5-amino-4-phenyl-pyrimidine)-2-yl) piperazine)-1-ketones derivatives were synthesized from carboxylic acid and 4-phenyl-2-( piperazin-1-yl) pyrimidin-5-amine under the room temperature. The yield were above 72%. The structure of the products were confirmed by1H NMR,13C NMR and ESI-MS.
