摘要
以蓖麻油酸和季戊四醇为原料,合成了多羟基聚蓖麻油酸超分散剂,探讨了催化剂、带水剂二甲苯的量、聚合反应温度及反应时间对产品酸值的影响。结果表明,合成聚蓖麻油酸最佳的工艺条件为:催化剂为SnCl2·2H2O,催化剂用量0.5%,聚合反应温度为180℃,聚合反应时间14 h。在该工艺条件下,聚蓖麻油酸的平均聚合度可达到8。接枝季戊四醇的优化工艺为:反应温度170℃,反应时间8 h。通过红外光谱分析可知,产物即为多羟基聚蓖麻油酸超分散剂。
The polyhydroxy poly-ricinoleic acid hyperdispersant was synthesized using ricinoleic acid and pentaerythritol as main materials. The effects of catalysts,amount of xylene,polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the acid value of the product were discussed. Result showed that the optimal conditions( catalyst was SnCl2·2H2O,amount of catalyst was 0. 5%,polymerization temperature was180 ℃,polymerization time was 14 h),the average polymerization degree of poly-ricinoleic acid of 8 can be reached. The optimal conditions of grafting of poly-ricinoleic acid using pentaerythritol were as follows:reaction temperature was 170 ℃,reaction time was 8 h. The final product of polyhydroxy poly-ricinoleic acid hyperdispersant was confirmed by IR.
