摘要
目的:探讨老年呼吸机相关性肺炎鲍氏不动杆菌感染的耐药性。方法:选择120例鲍氏不动杆菌致老年呼吸机相关性肺炎患者,对鲍氏不动杆菌进行药敏试验,同时分析抗菌药物的耐药性。结果:对患者进行菌种鉴定共分离菌株163株,其中鲍氏不动杆菌检出129例,占79.14%。同时检测出肺炎雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌等其他病原菌;129株鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药率最低为亚胺培南为37.9%,其次为头孢哌酮和美罗培南均为41.9%,其他抗菌药物的耐药率为44.2%~97.7%。结论:鲍氏不动杆菌致老年呼吸机相关性肺炎的耐药性强,应结合病原菌分布及药敏结果选择抗菌药物,临床应加强监测,采取有效措施控制感染,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the old ventilator-associated pneumonia Acinetobacter Baumann infection resistance.Methods Through 120 cases of hospitalization Acinetobacter sop cause elderly patients ventilator-associated pneumonia,for Acinetobacter spp susceptibility experiments,simultaneous analysis of antimicrobial drug resistance.Results Patients were identified strains were isolated strain 163,which Acinetobacter sop detected in 129 cases,accounting for 79.14% detection rate.Rebar simultaneously detect pneumonia bacteria,Staphylococcus auras,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli and other pathogens;129 Acinetobacter sop resistance rate to impanel was 37.9%,followed by Tobago Pay ketenes and kerosene were 41.9% rate of resistance to other antimicrobial drugs by 44.2% to 97.7%.Conclusion Acinetobacter sop induced resistance ventilator-associated pneumonia in the elderly is strong,should be combined with the therapeutic effect pathogen distribution and antimicrobial susceptibility Select clinical monitoring should be strengthened,and take effective measures to control infection and improve.
