他汀类药在心血管疾病治疗中的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对比观察瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀对冠心病的治疗效果,并分析他汀类药物在心血管疾病治疗中的临床作用。方法:选择冠心病患者122例,随机分为A组与B组,A组患者使用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗,B组使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,对比观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后各项血脂指标水平有明显改善,且A组患者改善程度明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:他汀类药物在心血管疾病治疗中能够起到理想的临床效果,瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀均能对冠心病患者产生良好的治疗效果,有效改善其血脂水平,且瑞舒伐他汀的治疗效果优于阿托伐他汀。
