糖化血红蛋白检测在糖尿病诊治的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白检测对糖尿病患者诊治的临床应用价值。方法:选择78例2型糖尿病患者作为试验组,另选择同期进行健康体检的78例正常者作为对照组,分别对两组患者进行空腹血糖的测定及糖化血红蛋白检测,并对两组患者的情况进行对比分析。结果:试验组患者的空腹血糖及HbA1c水平均比对照组患者高,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);同时,随着患者HbA1c水平的升高,其并发症的发病率也会随之升高,患者的HbA1c水平与并发症发病率之间存在高度的相关性。结论:糖化血红蛋白检测方法能够准确地检测出糖尿病患者的血糖情况,对于糖尿病患者的诊断及治疗具有重要的临床价值。
