高频脉冲管制冷机惯性管频率特性的理论分析及实验研究

摘要 利用流体网络理论建立了惯性管的分析模型,计算分析了不同情况下惯性管的变化规律以及惯性管尺寸、频率以及气库的大小对惯性管入口处质量流量和相位角的影响。计算与实验表明:惯性管相位角的极值与制冷机冷端最低温度存在着频率上的对应关系。 A linear fluid network model of inertance tube was built by simplifying the equations of fluid mechanics,and the change regulation of inertance tube at different conditions,the influence of the mass flow rate and the phase angle at the inlet of inertance tube effect by the inertance tube size,working frequency and the reservoir were simulated and analyzed. The results of simulation and experiments show that the corresponding frequency relationship between the extreme phase angle of the inertance tube and the lowest temperature at the cold end of the cryocooler is exist.
