清创术加结膜瓣遮盖治疗真菌性角膜溃疡

Debridement with conjunctival flap covering for treatment of fungal corneal ulcer

目的 观察病灶清创术加结膜瓣遮盖对不同程度的真菌性角膜溃疡的治疗效果.方法 回顾26例（26眼）病灶清创术加结膜瓣遮盖治疗的真菌性角膜溃疡愈合情况.结果 15例早期者全部一次手术治愈,11例前房积脓者6例复发.结论 病灶清创术加结膜瓣遮盖对早期真菌性角膜溃疡治疗效果良好.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic outcome of debridement with conjunctival flap covering surgery for different degrees of fungal corneal ulcer.Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 26 eyes of 26 cases of fungal corneal ulcer.They had accepted debridement with conjunctival flap covering surgery.Results 15 eyes in the early stage of corneal ulcer were cured after one surgery.Six eyes recurred in the other 11 eyes with hypopyon recurred.Conclusion Debridement with conjunctival flap covering surgery is effective for early fungal corneal ulcer.
