微波ECR等离子体装置的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 低轨道航天器的空间等离子体环境主要为低温、低密度、等离子体。文章详细叙述了等离子体对航天器的影响及其两个ECR微波等离子体校准装置的组成结构,并使用标准Langmuir探针对等离子体的参数进行实验测量和分析,得到了电子密度、电子温度、空间电位和悬浮电位等参数,满足了电子密度106~108个/cm3,电子温度1~10 eV等低轨道航天器的空间等离子体参数要求。 space plasma characteristics are low temperature,low density,and uniform in Low Earth Orbit( LEO). The plasma influence on the spacecraft,and the configuration and facility of the double ECR plasma were described in detailed.The standard Langmuir probe about plasma characteristics was used in experiments. Some plasma parameters were got including plasma space potential,and floating potential. Electron temperature electron density and so on. The electron density is between 106cm- 3and 108cm- 3. Electron temperature is between 1 eV and 10 eV. So it meets the mission of LEO space plasma.
