摘要
本文对我国白叶茶的发展历史、开发现状和红绿茶加工品质特点进行了综述,对目前全国多地白叶茶生产现状和重点产区进行了案例剖析。根据白叶茶生长的不同阶段可以加工成为品质优异的绿茶和红茶,为白叶茶进一步开发利用提供一定的理论依据。
This paper reviewed the history,quality characteristics and processing of white leaf tea in China. The development history and present status in various producing areas of white leaf tea were summarized. Chemical composition of white leaf tea materials changed with producing season. Shoots grown in spring season were suitable for processing green tea,and those grown in summer and autumn seasons were suitable for processing quality black tea.
