采空区上斜井施工技术

摘要 晋煤集团长治仙泉煤业有限公司副斜井净断面积17.75m2,倾角6°,斜长2 985.2m,130~500m段下伏3号煤采空区。采空区厚度5.35~6.42m,平均5.5m,采深、采厚比为12.2~23.1。针对采空区情况,在井筒施工之前,采用水泥粉煤灰浆,先行对采空区进行地面注浆治理,以确保井筒施工和使用安全;而后采用掘进机掘进,安全顺利地通过了下伏采空区段,取得了预期效果。 A mine auxiliary inclined shaft of Changzhi Xianquan Anthracite Mining Company Limited , Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group had a net cross section area of 17.75m2 ,an inclination of 6° ,an in-clined length of 2 985.2m and a section from 130~500m above a goaf of No.3 seam.A thickness of the goaf was 5.35~6.42m ,an average thickness was 5.5m and a mining depth and mining thickness ratio was 12.2~23.1.According to the goaf condition ,before the construction of the mine inclined shaft ,a cement and fly ash grout was applied to a grouting treatment at the surface ground conducted in the goaf in order to ensure the safety construction and safety application of the mine inclined shaft.Then a mine inclined shaft was safely and successfully passed through the section above the goaf with the heading of the mine mechanized roadheader and with expected effects.
