摘要
深冻结井筒采用高强高性能混凝土井壁,可减小冻结孔布置圈径,减少冻结孔数量,节省冻结孔施工时间和管材费用;同时可减小井壁厚度,减少掘进量,加快掘进速度,取得较好的技术经济效益。对冻结井壁高强高性能混凝土进行了配制试验研究,得到了最优配合比,并成功地应用于巴愣煤矿3个深冻结立井工程,取得了很好的效果。
A high strength and high performance concreter shaft liner was applied to a deep mine free-zing shaft ,could reduce the loop diameter of the freezing borehole layout ,could reduce the number of the freezing boreholes and could save the freezing borehole construction time and the pipe material cost.Meanwhile ,the thickness of the mine shaft liner could be reduced ,the excavation quantity of the mine shaft could be reduced ,the mine shaft sinking speed could be speeded up and the good technical and economic benefit could be obtained.A study was conducted on the preparation experiment of the high strength and high performance concrete applied to the mine freezing shaft liner and an optimal mixing ratio was obtained.The high strength and high performance concrete of the mine freezing shaft liner was successfully applied to three deep mine freezing shaft sinking projects of Baleng Mine and good effects were obtained.
