摘要
对我国综放工作面现用和将来可能使用的输送机布置方式进行归类分析 ,提出选择综放工作面输送机布置方式时应考虑的因素。
Base on the new bolt support system in seam roadways, the paper classified and analyzed the present and future belt conveyor arrangement. According to the location relationship between the electric motor central line and pan central line of the conveyor, the arrangement of the face conveyor in the fully mechanized caving face can be classified into three kinds, parallel arrangement, vertical arrangement and mixed arrangement. The present parallel arrangement is the widely applied in the mines mainly base on the experiences, electric power of the face conveyor and small cross section of the gateways. The vertical and mixed arrangements of the face conveyors applied are the results of the heavy face equipment and bolt support system in the seam gateways. The arrangement of the face conveyor should be selected comprehensively with the surrounding rock conditions, top coal mining rate, equipment sizing, technical requirements, equipment maintenance, management level, application experiences and other factors. With the steady improvement of the high production and efficiency and the automation level of the fully mechanized mining face, the tail part of the face conveyor and the bridge loader will be developed into one unite.
