增氧燃烧消烟对工业炉热工工况的影响

摘要 增氧消烟使燃料煤析出的挥发分在手抛工业炉的燃烧室及炉膛 (或窑膛 )内燃烧完全 ,不再生成黑烟。热力学分析计算结果表明 ,基于挥发分燃烧放出的化学潜热显著大于废气带走的物理显热 ,所以增氧消烟具有明显的节煤效果。拔丝窑的消烟实践表明 ,增氧消烟较非消烟过程加煤作业具有明显的规律性 ,且升温过程平缓 ,无大的温度起落变化 ,相同加煤量时 ,增氧消烟比非消烟更容易保证窑炉产品的质量。 Coal combustion with additional oxygen can fully combust coal in the combustion chamber and there will be no black smoke. The thermal analysis and calculation results shown that a chemical potential released from the volatile combustion is obviously higher than physical thermal potential of the waste air. Therefore the combustion with the additional oxygen to reduce smoke can have an obvious coal saving result. The smoke reducing practices shown that with additional oxygen, the combustion could have steady temperature increasing, no high temperature dropping and a high quality product.
