摘要 文章作者基于部分裂纹闭合的概念提出了一个改进的裂纹扩展率模型,对其参数的确定方法进行了研究,并将模型预报结果与多种合金的试验结果进行了比较验证。基于该模型建立典型构件的设计和评估流程是将该模型成功应用于船舶结构疲劳寿命预报的重要内容之一。加筋板是船舶结构最重要的单元,文中基于改进模型,对含穿透裂纹和表面裂纹的破损加筋板的疲劳寿命预报方法进行了分析,并与试验结果进行了比较,证明了该模型的有效性。 A new crack growth rate model based on the concept of partial crack closure was proposed recently by the authors' group and the engineering approaches for its parameters determination were studied and validated by comparing with the experimental results on a wide range of alloys. Code development for design and evaluation purposes aiming at typical structural components is one of the current targets for the successful application of the method to fatigue life prediction of ship structures. Stiffened plates are the most important basic elements of ship structures, the application of the model to a cracked stiffened panel is illustrated in the present work considering the through thickness crack and surface crack. Comparative results with test results show that the improved model can be effectively used for cracked stiffened plates.
