摘要
本文在阐述科研项目经费的投入具有促进科学研究活动,推动科技创新发展重要性的同时,指出科研项目经费使用存在风险性,分析了目前科研项目经费使用上存在一些不端行为的原因,提出进一步完善科研项目经费内部控制制度的建议。
In this paper the significance of funding scientific research projects in promoting scientific research activities and technical innovation were elaborated. The existing risk in using scientific research project funds was put forward and the causes for the present existing misconducts were analyzed. Some suggestions were given on further improving the internal control system for scientific research project funds.
