摘要
为了减少用工、控制质量,将LR 60/AX细纱机与POLAR/I-DLS络筒机实施细络联改造。详细介绍了两种机器连接需调整更换的零部件,以及两种设备的软件通讯互认形成闭环措施,进行改造需注意的事项以及两种设备运行时出现的情况,实施改造的经济效益分析以及改造后的设备维护保养和操作注意事项,对改造的建议等。
In order to reduce the labor and control quality, we do the linker conversion between the LR60/AX ring frame and Savio POLAR/I- DLS auto-winder. Here we detailly introduce the spare parts need to be replaced and the software closed loop commtmication of the two kinds of machine during the conversion. In addition, there are some items needing attention in practical conversion and running situation. After finishing the conversion, we do the economic benefit analysis and give some advice during the late maintenance and operation. Then we tell some suggestions when do the conversion.
