FOXP3基因与自身免疫性疾病

摘要 自身免疫性疾病系由于机体免疫系统失衡,产生针对自身组织的免疫应答并导致自身组织、器官损害的一类疾病。调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)是一类具有独特免疫调节作用(低反应性与免疫抑制性)的T细胞,高表达CD25,主要分泌TGF-β、IL-10等细胞因子,通过抑制自身反应性T细胞的免疫反应,抑制T细胞的活化及促进某些抑制性细胞因子的分泌等,在外周免疫耐受的维持中发挥重要作用,从而影响自身免疫性疾病的发生与预后。FOXP3基因特异性表达于Treg细胞表面,是Treg细胞的标志物。该基因可以通过对Treg细胞及多种免疫细胞进行调控,从而影响自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展。该基因的单核苷多态性也与多种自身免疫性疾病的易感性相关。通过对该基因的研究,有望通过基因治疗为自身免疫性疾病带来希望。
