民办高校学生社团工作的理性思考

民办高校的学生社团管理过程中存在以下问题:社团发展重数量,轻质量;学校对社团的发展定位模糊,制约了社团应有的发展;学校相关部门对社团的管理僵化,缺乏针对性;社团发展的品位和层次不高等。要取得学生社团发展的长足进步,必须改变民办高校规模扩张时期重数量、轻质量的发展理念,准确、清晰定位社团的发展;而相关部门应加大对社团发展的指导力度,从静态与动态两方面加强管理,提升社团的品位与层次。

In the management process for students＇ association in private universities,there exist some problems： Quantity is paid more attention than quality in the development of associations; Vague orientation of associations＇ development on the part of the university has limited the development of associations due to be made; The management of the associations by the school＇s relevant departments is rigid without pertinence; Associations develope with rather low taste and low level etc. So in order to make great progress for the development of students＇ associations,we should change the development concept of‘quantity over quality＇in the scale-expanding period of private universities,and orientate the development of associations accurately and clearly. Relevant departments should enhance its guidance on the development of associations,and strengthen its management statically and dynamically so as to improve the taste and level of students＇ associations.
