Discussion on Construction of New Mechanism for the Work of Party Building in Independent Colleges

独立学院是我国高等教育办学体制改革实践的产物,新形势下独立学院党建工作在党组织构架、党务工作队伍力量以及学生党员发展质量三个方面存在问题。独立学院党建工作机制的建立需从长远发展和办学规模考虑,充分关注自身的特点,根据独特的法人治理结构,进一步明确独立学院党委的自身定位,理顺学院党委与理事会及学院行政三者之间的关系,优化理事会成员结构,健全党务工作队伍,完善党建评价体系。

Independent college is the creation of revolutional practice of school-running system of higher education in our country. As regard to the construction of new mechanism for the work of party building under new situations and circumstances,there exist some problems in three aspects： framework of party organization,team and strength for party affairs,and development quality of student party member. In order to set up the mechanism for the work of party building,we should consider it in view of the long-term development and the school-running scale,fully taking care about its own characteristics. According to the particular corporate governance structure,the orientation of party committee in the independent college should be further clarified,and the relationship among the college party committee,board of directors,and college administration should be straightened out. The structure of members of the board of directors should be optimized,the team for party affairs should be improved,and the evaluation system for party building should be completed.
