Study of the Equipment Management Innovation of the Border Defense Forces

边防部队装备管理创新,是适应部队编制体制调整、解决装备工作现实问题和提高部队战斗力的必然要求。对边防部队当前装备管理工作存在的主要问题进行了分析,从理顺装备管理体制、健全装备管理机制、完善管理手段、加强人才培养等4个方面提出了对策建议。

It＇s a necessary request for the staff adjustment of troops ,resolving the practical prob-lems of equipment management and improving the fighting capability to innovate the equipment man-agement in a troop on border .The main problems existing in the equipment management are ana-lyzed ,and the suggestions are given from four respects ：reconstructing the equipment management system ;perfecting the equipment management mechanism ;improving the management measures and training the talented people .
