摘要
对我军开展作战试验相关问题进行了探讨,分析了目前装备设计定型阶段的部队试验和生产定型阶段的部队试用存在的不足,归纳了美军作战试验的主要做法与特点;在此基础上,提出了我军开展装备作战试验的构想,包括作战试验的法规制度建立、作战试验时机选择、作战试验管理机构设置、作战试验部队组建、作战试验理论研究、国家靶场作战试验条件建设等一系列问题。
This paper ,based on exploring the issues of equipment operational test by PLA ,ana-lyzing the problems existed both in troop test and trial operation by troops and summing up the activi-ties and characteristics of the operational test conducted by the US army ,proposes some ideas for e-quipment operational test conducted by PLA ,including legislation initiation and system establish-ment ,time choice ,administration framework ,foundation of operational test forces ,theoretical re-search and operational environment construction for national range .
