摘要
江西省科技人员知识产权培训工作缺乏制度化、常态化,培训内容欠规划化和体系化,培训形式单一,培训方式滞后,培训管理缺位。重构江西省科技人员知识产权培训机制,必须尽快健全相关的地方性政策法规,完善融"观念塑造、知识传授、能力提升"为一体的培训内容体系,改进培训方式,加强包括培训机构、培训师资、培训经费、培训绩效等内容的培训管理工作。
At present, the training of intellectual property for scientific and technological per- sonnel in Jiangxi province hasn't been institutionalized or normalized, with unsystematic training content, single training form, backward training form and absence of training management. To re- construct the training system of intellectual property for scientific and technical personnel in Jian- gxi, relevant local policies and regulations must be formulated; the training content system featured by the function to shape idea, impart knowledge and improve ability must be established; the train- ing method must be improved; and the training management incuding the management of institu- tions, teachers, funds and performance, must be strengthened.
