摘要
行动学习法是对以往经验的总结与反思,并在反思中获得经验,求得发展的方法。它既是构建学习型组织的可行方法,也是提升干部执行力的有效途径。干部执行力是一种综合能力,能够通过培养来提升。行动学习法通过群策群力的团队合作模式对实际问题进行深入探析,并经过讨论、反思、质疑后,制定解决问题的方案,然后付诸实施,在整个过程中可以不断提升干部执行力。正确运用行动学习法,不仅可以改善干部知识结构,也可以提升团队合作能力以及干部对政策理论的理解力。
Action learning is a method to summarize and reflect on previous experience, so as to gain new experience and have further development in the reflection. It is an viable method to estab- lish a learning organization, as well as an effective way to enhance the executive ability of cadres. Execution is a comprehensive ability, which can be improved through training. During the training, participants work as a team and try to solve a practical problem. Through analysis, discussion, re- flection and questioning, solutions are worked out and put into practice. Used properly, the action learning method will not only improve the knowledge structure of cadres, but also enhance their teamwork and understanding of policies and theories.
