蔡元培职业教育师资培养思想探究

Analysis on Cai Yuanpei's Thought of Vocational Education Teachers' Training

蔡元培是我国近代著名教育家和政治家,他在伦理学、美学、大学教育等方面的成就广为人知,但其职业教育思想还没引起足够的重视。本文概述了蔡元培对职业教育的认识,并着重介绍蔡元培关于职业教育师资培养的思想,希望这些思想能够对我国现代职业教育教师的培养提供一定的借鉴。

Cai Yuanpei was a noted educator in modern China. Though his achievements ha eth- ics, fine arts and college education are widely recognized, little attention has been paid to his think- ing on vocational education. This paper gives a brief introduction to Cai Yuanpei＇s understanding on vocational education, and focuses on his thought of vocational education teachers＇ training. It is our hope that his thoughts will helpful to vocational education teachers＇ training in contemporary China.
