摘要
农村中小学教师素质整体偏低掣肘着我国农村教育的长足发展。文章从提高教师待遇、改善教师生活条件,创新与完善农村教师补充机制,开展多样化农村教师培训等三个维度分析国家及地方政府在提高农村中小学教师整体素质时采取的积极举措,同时予以案例说明,以期为尚在探索当地农村教师队伍建设的地区提供借鉴。
The poor quality of teaching staff in rural primary and secondary schools has restrict- ed the development of rural education in our country. This article analyzes the measures taken by the government and local authorities to improve the overall quality of these teachers in the following three aspects: improving teachers' treatment and living conditions, innovating on and perfecting ru- ral teachers' replenishment mechanism, and offering diverse training, programs for rural teachers. The purpose of this paper is to provide some salutary lessons for other rural areas so as to develop their construction of teaching staff.
