摘要
战争法在夺取制海权作战中已经得到充分运用。熟知海上交战和人道保护规则,掌握海上封锁作战的方法和手段,既是夺取制海权创造优势的前提,也是战争法在夺取制海权作战中运用的主要内容。
The laws of war have been applied fully to gain the command of the sea. We should acquaint ourselves thoroughly with the rules of a sea battle and humanitarian protection, which is not only an essential prerequisite in gaining the command of the sea, but also the main content of the laws of war applied to gain the command of the sea.
