高校是引领科技发展和推动产业结构调整的主阵地,也是推动社会改革向纵深发展的"助推器"。在全面深化改革的环境下,高校在培养创新型人才的同时,必须采取综合措施,建立长效机制来加强师德建设,从而推动高校建设水平的整体提高。

Colleges and universities are not only the main land to develop science and technology as well as industrial structural adjustment, but also the roll booster of promoting the in-depth social reform. With the radical social reforms, innovative talents are cultivated in colleges and universities, at the same time, teachersr moral construction should be enhanced by taking comprehensive measures and building up a long-term mechanism, thus to enhance the university＇s level.
