新疆少数民族人力资本投资对经济增长贡献的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Contribution to Economic Growth by Xinjiang Minority Investment in Human Capital

利用1982～2011年新疆少数民族人力资本投资和经济增长的时间序列数据,以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础模型,分析新疆少数民族人力资本投资对经济增长的作用,实证结果显示新疆少数民族人力资本投资的产出弹性低于物质资本,不同阶段人力资本投资对经济增长贡献率有较大差异。

Using the data of 4 stages of human capital investment of Xinjiang ethnic from 1982-2011 and the time series of economic growth,together with the Cobb Douglas production function as basic model,this paper anglicizes the effect Xinjiang minority investment in human capital on economic growth. The empirical results show that the output elasticity of Xinjiang minority investment in human capital is lower than that of the physical capital; human capital investment in different stage has different contribution to economic growth rate.
