摘要
通过对表土沉降原因的分析 ,找出了由于沉降的原因而产生的井壁破裂的危险位置 ,分析了导致井壁破裂的最主要因素———负向摩擦力 ,推导出危险位置处的应力计算解析式 ,建立了考核井壁破裂的强度准则 ,并通过对鲍店煤矿 4井筒井壁破裂原因的具体分析 ,证明了该理论的正确性及适用性 .最后依据危险点的应力状态及井壁破裂的强度准则提出防止井壁破裂的具体措施 ,对工程现场及井壁设计具有指导意义 .
Through the analysis of the reason about surface soil subsidence , the danger position of the shaft wall fracture is located .The reverse frictional force that results in the failure of the shaft wall is analyzed , the analytical equation for calculating the stress in the danger position is obtained and the strength criterion of shaft wall is set up ,and through the concrete of the fracture reasons about shaft wall of the four shafts in Baodian Mine the rightness and applicability of the theory is proved .Finally based on the stress state of the danger point and the strength criterion of shaft wall, the measures used to prevent the fracture of shaft is advanced. It has more great guidance significance to construction field and engineering design .
