自拟复旧汤治疗产后恶露不绝120例

Using self-made involution decoction to treat 120 cases of postpartum lochiorrhea patients

目的观察自拟复旧汤治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法将120例诊断为产后恶露不绝的患者随机分为两组,每组60例,治疗组给予口服自拟复旧汤,对照组给予西医治疗(肌注缩宫素、口服头孢拉定等),均7 d为1个疗程,观察治疗前后两组患者恶露持续时间,恶露量、色、质,小腹疼痛,舌象脉象的变化,子宫复旧情况。结果自拟复旧汤有效止血;有效改善出血时间、量、色、质,小腹疼痛;改善舌象、脉象;改善中医证候总有效率95%;有效促进子宫复旧;与对照组相比,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟复旧汤能有效促进子宫缩复,治疗产后恶露不绝疗效较好。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of using self-made involution decoction to treat Postpartum Lochiorrhea patients. Methods 120 cases were divided into two groups randomly （60cases in each group） ： the observation group using Self-made involution decoction and the control group given intramuscular injection of oxytocin and oral cephalosporins pull etc, all for 7days as a course of treatment. Before and after the treatment two groups of patients＇ s duration of lochia, lochia amount, color, quality, the lower abdomen pain, tongue as the change of the pulse condition and uterine instauration were all observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group results including bleeding time, quantity of blood, color of blood, quality of blood, the lower abdomen pain, and the condition of tongue and pulse were better. And Self-made involution decoction treatment＇ s TCM syndrome total effective rate was 95%, which was higher than that in the control group （78.33%）. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Using self-made involution decoction could effectively promote uterine contraction and remedy Postpartum Lochiorrhea, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application in the near future.
