关于惠民工作的组织化研究——基于当前惠民工作的现实缺陷分析

Organization Research of Benefiting the People: Based on Analysis of the Realistic Flaws of Benefiting the People

在推进农村小康社会建设的过程中,国家高度重视惠民工作,推出一系列的惠民举措。虽然这些惠民措施发挥了一定的帮扶解困作用,但未能从根本上解决人民群众的内心诉求和发展需要。本文从分析当前惠民工作的现实缺陷入手,思考惠民工作的未来走向,最后提出可以成立惠民组织来确保惠民工作更有效的落实。

While pursuing the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society, Chi- nese government attaches great importance on the benefit of people and takes a series of measures to benefit them. To some extent, these measures can play a role in solving the poverty problems, but they can never essentially meet people＇ s appeals and demands for development. This thesis will focus on the tendency for the people-benefit project based on the analysis of its realistic deficiency and give sugges- tions on setting up people-benefit organizations to ensure the effective implement of the project.
