This paper introduces the features and methods of the professional career assistant system in MSU, and provides the following inspiration of the education and reforms of college professional career assistant, such as the professionalization and specialization of teachers, the whole process of curriculum system design, the personalized guidance of every grade and the construction of modem advisory network system.
