外科皮瓣修复手外伤组织缺损的应用进展

手部具有重要的功能,同时也极易受到损伤。使用外科皮瓣修复缺损组织和重建手功能的效果较好。其中,游离皮瓣具有高存活率和感觉灵敏的优点,带蒂皮瓣修复简单易行,供区面积大,改良后的游离皮瓣和带蒂皮瓣的术式应用范围更广。然而,不同的外科手术修复方法各有优缺点,在临床治疗中,应根据患者不同的情况择优选择,新的手部损伤修复和功能重建的术式仍需改进和探索。

Hands have significant function,at the same time,they are also vulnerable to be damaged. Surgical flaps play a key role in repairing tissue defects and reconstructing hand function. Free flap is characterized by high survival rate and perceptive,while pedicle flap is simple to operate,and its donor site area is large.,However,different surgical flaps have their own advantages and disadvantages,we should choose the right flaps for patients based on their conditions. What＇ s more,it is still important to explore and improve new surgical procedures to repair tissue defects and reconstruct hand function.
