摘要 针对混合动力汽车中传统双转子永磁同步电机存在散热困难、动态输出性能不理想的问题,提出了一种基于双功率流定子永磁型电机的混合动力系统方案。在分析系统的工作原理和多工况模式的基础上,对双功率流电机的结构尺寸进行了设计计算。通过有限元方法对电机的重要结构参数进行了优化,对电机的磁链、反电势及电感等电磁性能进行了仿真分析。分析表明,电机结构参数和电磁参数设置合理。通过场路耦合法建立了电机驱动控制系统的瞬态联合仿真模型。仿真结果表明:该电机继承了定子永磁型双凸极电机的特点,输出转矩达到设计要求,该混合动力系统方案具有可行性。 The solution of hybrid electric vehicle( HEV) based on double power stator permanent magnet motor was introduced to solve the problem of cooling difficulties and unsatisfied dynamic output performance in HEV's traditional dual-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor.Based on the theory study and analysis on the solution in multi-state modes,the structural size of double power stator permanent magnet motor was designed and calculated.By the finite element method,the important structural parameters of motor were optimized,and the electromagnetic properties of motor flux,back EMF,inductance etc.were simulated and analyzed.The analysis shows that the structural parameters and electromagnetic parameters of motor are reasonable.The transient co-simulation model of the motor drive control system was established by the field circuit coupled method.The simulation results show the motor has the features of stator doubly salient permanent magnet motor,and the size of output torque meets the design requirements,the solution is feasible.
