节能原则下的商业综合体空间形态研究——以北京地区为例

Spatial Form of Commercial Complex Based on the Principle of Energy Efficiency: Taking Beijing as Examples

在社会复杂性不断加剧、空间功能高度复合、资源短缺问题频现、环境危机突出的背景之下,通过分析北京地区的环境特征、能耗特征及建筑特征,从生态节能的角度研究北京地区商业综合体的空间形态。通过调研北京地区的几个案例,从商业综合体的区域布局、场地流线、平面布局及剖面布局几个方面,探讨适合北京地区商业综合体的空间发展模式,以节能环保的思想指导当代商业综合体的营建。

Building energy efficiency is crucial for the growing complexity of society, the highly complex functionality of space, the frequent shortage of resources and the environmental crisis. The environmental characteristics, energy consumption and architectural characteristics of Beijing area are expounded.The spatial form of commercial complex is analyzed from the ecological and energy saving perspective. The development models of space for the commercial complexes in Beijing are presented according to the regional distribution, traffic flow lines, layout and section and so on. The purpose of this article is to guide the construction of contemporary commercial complex under the thinking of energy saving.
