摘要
在缺血性卒中发病后,大脑皮质的兴奋性会发生改变.重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)可用来调节大脑半球皮质的兴奋性,促进缺血性卒中患者的运动功能恢复.研究显示,未受累半球低频rTMS和受累半球高频rTMS均可促进缺血性卒中患者的运动功能恢复,前者可能较后者更有效.
The excitability of cerebral cortex will change after the onset of ischemic stroke.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can be used to regulate the excitability in cerebral hemisphere cortex and promote the motor function recovery in patients with ischemic stroke.Studies have shown that both the affected hemisphere low-frequency rTMS and the unaffected hemisphere high-frequency rTMS can promote the motor function recovery in patients with ischemic stroke.The former may be more effective than the latter.
