Advances in genetics of moyamoya disease

摘要 烟雾病(moyamoya disease,MMD)是一种慢性进行性闭塞性脑血管病,目前病因及发病机制仍不明确,其中遗传因素在MMD的发病机制中具有关键作用.文章就MMD的遗传学研究进展做一综述. Moyamoya disease (MMD) is a chronic and progressive occlusive cerebrovascular disease.Presently,its etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear,of which the genetic factors play a key role in the etiology of MMD.This article reviews the progress in research on genetics of MMD.
