摘要
本研究旨在阐明马来西亚婆罗洲马占相思树蜂蜜的次生代谢产物结构多样性。运用HPLC-DAD,TLC,NMR,LC-MS-UV等现代色谱波谱技术建立蜂蜜酚酸、黄酮类的分离鉴定方法,从马来西亚婆罗洲马占相思树蜂蜜中分离得到了13个化合物,分别是:5-羟甲基糠醛(1);3-Furancarboxylic acid,4-hydroxy-5-methyl(2);(2s),3-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,2-propanediol(3);对羟基苯甲酸(4);原儿茶酸(5);(E)-2-Decenedioic acid(6);(E)-11-Hydroxyundec-2-enoic acid(7);松脂醇(8);柚皮素(9);5,7,3',5'-四羟基二氢黄酮(10);金雀异黄素(11);山柰酚(12);槲皮素(13)。该研究在国内外首次报道马来西亚婆罗洲马占相思树蜂蜜的化学成分。
This study was trying to explored the characterization of the metabolism and the diverse structures of Malaysian Borneo Acacica rnangium honey. Thirteen compounds have been isolated and determined from Malaysian Borneo Acacica mangium honey by modern chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques such as HPLC-DAD, TLC, NMR, and LC-MS- UV, they were 5- (hydroxymethyl) -2 -furancarboxaldehyd ( 1 ),3-Furancarboxylic acld,4-hydroxy-5-methyl (2), ( 2s ),3- ( 4-hydroxy-3 -methoxyphenyl ) -1,2 -propanedlol (3) ; p-hydrexybenzoic acid ( 4 ) ; protocateehuic acid ( $ ), (E) -2-de- cenedioic acid (6), (E) -11-hydroxyundec-2-enoic acid (7), ( + ) -pinoresinol (8), narlngenln (9) ,5,7,3′ ,5′-tetra- hydroxy ilavanone (10), cenistein ( U ), Nimbecetin (12), quercetin ( 13 ). This is the first detailed study of Malaysian Borneo Aeacica mangium honey on the characteristics of the structures of its secondary metabolites.
