The authors define the road map of building IDEF0 model of scientific data stored in institutional repositories based on IDEF0 model. Also the authors analyze the procedure of scientific data IDEF0 model building, which includes the clarify the appraising participants, the scientific data stored in institution repositories to be appraised, the appraising standard, the appraising advice and the execution of appraising results.
