摘要
中铝山东分公司阳泉矿主要以生产低品位粘土伴生铝矿石为主,该合格料在生产灌仓中堵塞极其严重,通过对合格料在料仓内流动的2种主要状态及其受产生堵塞的原因进行认真分析,提出利用空气炮解决合格料仓堵塞问题,并在实际生产中安装应用,取得了良好的效果。
Yangquan mine of CHALCO shandong branch mainly produces low grade clay with raw aluminum ore.Qualified material block very seriously in the process of producing filling bin.This article analyzes two major states of qualified material which flow in bin and the reasons of clogging,and proposes to solve the problem of qualified material bin jam using air gun.In the actual production,it is installed and applied,to achieve good results.
