摘要
针对煤矿设备管理信息化程度不是很高,各部门信息出现孤岛的现状,提出一种数据采集技术和专家预警诊断技术相结合的综合管理系统。系统对设备运行状态进行分析、对故障趋势进行预测,借助信息化手段实现对设备全生命周期进行管理,可以有效提高煤矿设备管理水平,降低管理和维修成本。
Aiming at the present situations of coal mine equipment management information degree not high and each department information isolated island,the article puts forward a comprehensive management system of data acquisition technology and expert warning diagnosis technology.System analyses the running state of the equipment,and forecasts the fault trend.By means of information,it realizes to manage eguipment life cycle,which effectively improve the management level of coal mine equipment and reduce the costs of management and repair.
