摘要
通过对抚顺式干馏炉内气体热载体供热组成、分布和走向分析,清楚认识到干馏炉内存在的供热盲区,针对各点温度变化及干馏炉整体火层分布,明确下一步干馏炉对热载体供热分布的改造思路,以完善抚顺干馏炉供热、炉内热载体均匀分布,提高抚顺炉采油率。
Through analyzing the heating composition,distribution and trend of Fushun retort furnace gas heat carrier,the existing heating zone in the retort is clearly reagnized.In the light of each point temperature change and the whole fire layer distribution in gas retort,the reform of gas retort to heat carrier heating disthibution for nest step is determined to perfect gas retort heating,heat carrier uniform distribution and improve the furnace production rate in Fushun.
