高校成人思想政治教育校园文化的缺失与重构

Deficiency and Reconstruction about Campus Culture of Adult Ideological and Political Education in Universities

新的时代背景下,高校成人教育面临转型与改革的巨大挑战,其思想政治教育与校园文化建设作为引领成人教育转变发展的先导已经出现了不和谐现象。分析当前高校成人思想政治教育需求特性以及与校园文化建设的特殊关联性,探讨高校成人思想政治教育校园文化的缺失与重构策略,有利于对二者关系的正确认识,为高校成人教育的转型发展服务,促进其可持续发展。

Under the new development of period, there is a huge challenge to the transformation and reform of adult education in universities, and there also is a disharmony between the ideological and political education and the construction of campus culture which leads the transform and development of adult education in universities. So the present demand particularity of the ideological and political education in universities, the specific relevance between the construction of campus culture and the ideological and political education in universities are analysed. The deficiencies and reconstructed strategies of the ideological and political education in universi- ties are also discussed. With a correct understanding on the relation of the two parties the services for the transformation and develop- ment of adult education in universities and its sustainable development could be promoted.
